Silkwood’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) assists our team members by providing confidential telephone counselling. Silkwood has a dedicated helpline number on 0407 086 000.
EAP counsellors are highly experienced and will initially ask for your name as well as that of your employer (Silkwood School) in order to confirm eligibility for their service. There is no need to ask anyone on the Silkwood team if you can access the service or to seek approval, it’s free and confidential for our team.
Telephone counselling is available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (AEST) or you can request a preferred callback 24/7.
