All Silkwood team members receive free access to confidential telephone counselling through EAP Assist
How does it work?
EAP Assist supports Silkwood team members with free confidential telephone counselling throughout Australia and overseas. We recognise that one of the most important aspects of effective counselling is for it to be provided as quickly as possible, and this is via Silkwood’s dedicated helpline number for our team members: 0407 086 000.
The aim of counselling is to help resolve both workplace and personal issues, before they adversely impact a team members personal wellbeing and work performance. Telephone counselling services are available to all team members, at all times.
EAP Assist counsellors are all highly experienced and will initially ask for your name as well as that of your employer (Silkwood School) in order to confirm eligibility for their services. There is no need to seek ‘approval’ to access this service from the school. You can rest assured that all information obtained during counselling is strictly confidential.
When is it available?
